PD Dr. Christine Schliesser – Keynote Speaker

PD Dr. Christine Schliesser is Senior Lecturer for Systematic Theology and Ethics at Zurich University, Switzerland, and Director of Studies at the Center for Faith & Society at Fribourg University, Switzerland. She is a Research Fellow in Studies in Historical Trauma and Transformation at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.

Her key research areas include Public Theology and the role of religion in the public spheres, peace and reconciliation studies and the theology and ethics of Dietrich Bonhoeffer. She is a member of CPCE Advisory Board for Ethics and of the CEC initiative “Pathways to Peace”.
