Accreditation

The General Assembly of the CPCE is a public event, so we invite church and secular media representatives to participate and report on it independently.

Media representatives can attend both in person and digitally, but accreditation is mandatory for both types. Please complete the pdf form in the attachment: CPCE_accreditation_form.pdf(cpce-assembly.eu)

For all accredited media representatives, a download area has been set up on this homepage, where you can access all relevant information in text and images with a password.

For accredited media representatives present, we offer a workplace in the Assembly’s media centre. This will be managed by Rev. Klaus Rieth (Stuttgart), who will be your contact person. You can follow the plenary sessions from a special press area. You will also have the opportunity to speak to delegates individually. You can attend the press conferences of the media centre on site.

During the General Assembly, you will be guests of the CPCE at our joint meals. Please organise your travel and accommodation by yourself.

For accredited media representatives online, we offer the option of digital participation in the press conferences. You will also receive all updates by email. It is possible to follow the plenary sessions online, as these are broadcast publicly.

Please send your completed request for accreditation to assembly@leuenberg.eu by 20 May 2024. You will receive confirmation by 1 June 2024.
