Register as Visitor
The General Assembly welcomes day visitors to attend the public portions of the meeting. These include the morning services in the Reformed Church, the opening and closing worship in the Evangelical-Lutheran Cathedral and the Plenary sessions, which also take place in the Evangelical-Lutheran Cathedral.
No further information or preparation is required to take part in the worships, as church services are generally open to believers. However, the number of seats is limited and cannot exceed 10 for morning services and 40 for church services. So, please come early. To access the visitors’ area, please follow the instructions of the stewards.
To attend the Plenary sessions, please register and contribute with a small nominal fee for expences. In return, you will receive a seat, name badge, GA documents, headphones (if necessary) and you will have the opportunity to meet delegates during the breaks. The number of day visitors to the plenary sessions is also limited to a maximum of 25. Registration will open on 01 July. Online Registration is possible until 6 p.m. the day before. If you miss this deadline, you have the possiblity to register directly at the Assembly office (Piata Huet no 4, second floor), but visitors registered online have priority, if the number of seats is exeeded.
