Register as Visitor

The General Assembly welcomes day visitors to attend the public parts of the meeting. These include the morning services in the Reformed Church, the worship services in the Protestant Church and the plenary sessions, which also take place in the Protestant Church.

No further information or preparation is required to take part in the church services and morning worship, as church services are generally open to the public. However, the number of seats is limited and cannot exceed 10 for morning services and 40 for church services.

To access the visitors’ area, please follow the instructions of the stewards.

To attend the plenary sessions, please register and pay a small nominal fee. In return, you will receive a seat, name badge, headphones if necessary and have the opportunity to meet delegates during the breaks. The number of day visitors to the plenary sessions is limited to a maximum of 25.  Registration will open on 15 July. Registration is possible until 12:00 noon the day before. You can register for all days or for individual days. Registration takes place in two steps: First you send an e-mail (see link below) to the registration office, then you will receive a link to the registration form, which you should fill in. On the day of your visit, our stewards will be informed and will welcome you.

Of course, you can also follow the plenary sessions online without registering.

We look forward to your visit!
