The time in which the plenary assembly meets is short. It is therefore advisable to come together in various constellations in advance to gather information and exchange ideas.

The CPCE itself has hosted four digital pre-meetings, which are intended exclusively for the delegates. Two took place in English (12.04 and 23.04) and two in German (11.04 and 22.04). At these meetings, delegates received a brief introduction to the country and its people, but above all an introduction to the Assembly’s rules of procedure. This is to ensure that the work in Sibiu runs smoothly in this respect.
